Highlands County Public Libraries will now have all areas open for browsing on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Mask wearing is encouraged. There will be no in-building programming, meeting rooms, casual seating or children’s computers available for use. Internet computers are available for use.
