Homework Help: Thanks to a new grant acquired by the Heartland Library Cooperative from the Division of Library and Information Services, Highlands County libraries will be offering homework help. Assistance will be offered every Tuesday in June except June 13, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Avon Park Public Library, every Wednesday in June from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lake Placid Memorial Library, and every Tuesday in June from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on June 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sebring Public Library.

Tech Help: Thanks to a new grant acquired by the Heartland Library Cooperative from the Division of Library and Information Services, the Sebring Public Library will be offering assistance with technology. Assistance will be offered on June 2, 2023 at the Sebring Public Library from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., on June 10, 2023 at the Sebring Public Library from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Venus Mobile Library Stop (at the Venus Clubhouse) on June 9, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m, and at the Lorida Mobile Library Stop (at the Lorida Community Center) on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tech help will also be offered at the Avon Park branch on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and at the Lake Placid branch on Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
