A special program for immigrants living in Florida.The Florida Literacy Coalition is launching a program to offer free online English conversation classes to residents of Florida. This is a cooperative effort with seven adult literacy programs (including those at Palm Beach County Library and Jacksonville Public Library), designed to provide additional opportunities for individuals to practice speaking and understanding English.
