Florida Rural Legal Services and the Highlands County Bar Association are holding a free Ask-a-Lawyer clinic at the Avon Park Public Library on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 12 pm to 3 pm. Florida Rural Legal Services is a private nonprofit organization founded in 1966, which provides free civil legal assistance to indigent families and low-income elderly people.
